This Policy explains everything that you need to know about your delivery once you have placed an order on flavacarscents.com .

Once you have placed your order

When you receive your order confirmation email that means that we have received your order and will start to process this as soon as possible. Our opening hours are 8am – 3pm Monday through Friday, so any orders received within this time will usually be processed the same day and may be dispatched the same day under normal circumstances. Orders received outside of these times will be processed the next working day.

When your order has shipped

You’ll receive another email once your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. We ship most orders via our trusted courier UPS. The vast majority of parcels are delivered the next working day following your confirmation email, which means that most orders placed during our opening hours above are delivered the next day.

Delivery cost

We operate a no-nonsense approach to shipping costs, with a flat rate of just £3.95 for all orders under £15 – pretty good value for a next day service in most cases. All orders over £15 are shipped free of charge.
